Install Free
SMTP hMail server
1. Run
the hMail server setup by clicking on “hmailserver.exe” and click on Next
button.
2. On
License Agreement screen Acceptthe Agreement and click on Next button.
4. Select
the installation location and click on Next button.
5. On
the select component screen check mark on Server and Administrative tools and
click on Next button.
6. On
the Select database server type you can keep the default setting or you can
specify and external database also and click on Next button.
7.
On select start
menu folder keep the setting default and click on Next button.
8. The
hMail server setup is ready to install click on Install button.

11. On
the hMailserver Security screen put a valid password and click on Next Button.
12. hMail
server installation is completed click on Finish Button.
Configuring
Free SMTP hMail server
1.
As you finish the
installation Connect window will pop-up, in this select on localhost and click
on connect button
2. Enter
the valid password which you have provided at the time of installation
3. hMailServer Administrator screen will appear, on this
you have to add a domain. Click on Add Domain button.
4. Put
your domain name (ex: corner.com) and click on Save button.
5. After
you add the domain you will able to view the new domain corner.com on the left side panel, expand it and click on Accounts to add user account, click on Add button from right side panel.
6. Put
the user account address (ex:Test01@corner.com), put password and you can also
mention mailbox size and click on Save
button to add user. By the same process you can add more users.

8. Then
on left side panel go to settings expand the Protocols button click on SMTP, in
SMTP on the right side panel click on Delivery of email tab, Put ‘hostname of
your system’ in local host name & Remote hostname fields and click on Save
button.

10. In
SMTP on the right side panel click on Advanced
tab, put your system’s IP address in ‘Bind to local IP Address’ field and
click on Save button to save the settings.

12. Now
the hMail free SMTP server is ready to use.
